Early type of the second vintage five-dollar coins of the partition era.
On the obverse a smaller bust of the Tsar (younger). On the reverse, an eagle with a shorter tail and a larger crown above it.
Type consistent with the 1816 issue.
Coin being a private purchase from Henryk Karolkiewicz in 1984, complete with its envelope.
