A nice piece in drawer patina.

The penultimate vintage of the vicariate issues of August III.

A distinctive commemorative half-taler, named after the privilege of the Saxon electors, who according to it exercised the vicariate in the Saxon district after the Emperor's death. To mark the occasion, coins of various denominations were minted, most with a beautifully executed depiction of the king pinning a horse.

Silver, diameter 33 mm, weight 13.68 g.
