A beautifully preserved penny of a Polish fief.
Groszes, like the shekels of this prince, are a diverse issue. The differences in their stamps can be seen not only in the cut of the portrait of Charles Krystian, but especially in the shields of Poland and Lithuania.
The present one is a variety with decorative shields, without leaf ornaments at the bottom. With the date surrounded by the initials C-H-S.
