A striking brakteat attributed to the reign of Leszek the White (or his successors).
The type with an eagle on straight, with its head facing left, flanked by rings. On the sides of the neck two points.
Very rare, and here additionally more interesting than the pieces found on the market.
In the background of the coin you can clearly see traces of piercing it from another coin. Outside the rings, fragments of the former relief are visible.
Perhaps the fact of piercing it also affected the structure of the disc, which outside the shaft began to crumble (as can be seen in the photos). In the central element a coin of mint freshness.
Silver, diameter 13 mm, weight 0.06 g.
