Reference: Garbaczewski 109, Kopicki 110 (R5), Stronczyński T.115

Brakteat depicting: a half-figure of a prince in a pointed helmet in front, a palm branch at the left shoulder, at the right shoulder an inscription in Hebrew letters GND? (from Gniezno?).

D. Gorlinska sees the palm branch as a symbol of strength, victory and justice, while pointing out that this is the only example in this group of brakteates where the branch is held by a ruler depicted as a knight (helmet).

Rare coin.

Silver, diameter 16 mm, weight 0.13 g.
