A very rare commercially available variety of the first vintage of Batory's Lithuanian trojaks.
Distinguished by an ornate shield with the numeral of the denomination placed under the bust of the king (instead of the oval one common for this vintage).
Variant with the titular numeral ending in M.D.L. and triplets on the reverse.
Imperfections of the obverse minting - very nice reverse.
