"One-sided" Teutonic Order shellac - with the reverse with a monastic shield and the inscription MONETA DNORVM P.
This is a very rare minting error. the so-called "brakteat minting". Its effect is the minting of a coin, both sides of which are a print of one stamp. One correctly, and the other in negative, concave form.
This type of reverse was minted from the time of Winrych, and was only changed by Michael Kuchmeister in 1416. The visually weaker quality of the silver may suggest that the present numismatic coin is actually a late, "inflationary" shilling by Master Kuchmeister.
