A medal commemorating the coronation of Stanislaw Augustus, which was given to the high society present at the ceremony. According to Raczynski: "the gold one was given to the more prominent gentlemen only.... the silver one was given to those with degrees of honor after those following.... And the third medal, minted in Torun, was distributed to the commune" .
The author of the stamps was the London-based medallicist Pingo, who drew them up based on a portrait of the king taken six months before his coronation.
