A very rare variety of the second and last vintage of brass gold coins.

Distinguished by the SAMPLE inscription placed low, at 4 o'clock, instead of at the top, above the wreath. In Janusz Parchimowicz's "Polish Proof Coins 1949-1990" catalog, only 1 of the 8 layouts presented had the inscription low.

Small, light scratches at the numeral of the denomination, otherwise no remarks.

Mintage of 100 pieces (for all varieties).
