Obverse: a man with a woman, in Spanish costumes, holding each other with their hands placed over an altar. Above them angels and the Holy Spirit. In the rim:

Reverse: two hands coming out of the clouds, holding a heart, below them a panorama of Gdansk, above them two branches and the sun with Ihs. In the rim:
