Obverse: Wladyslaw IV on horseback, accepting the surrender of the enemy army, against the background of a panorama of Smolensk and a military camp. In the rim an inscription.
Reverse: the king pinning his horse, at the head of the army, accepting the Turkish and Swedish envoys, with an angel placing a laurel wreath on his head.
