A rare medal in beautiful condition. With a clear, deep medal background mirror.
Interestingly evidently minted with an error in the legend and the notation HISTORICAL by "CH", an error corrected after the medal was minted, removing by deleting (shearing) the letter C. Perhaps this is the reason for the rarity of this medal and its limited distribution or withdrawal (?).
